Amanda was medically retired from ambulance due to an injury and as an 'injured paramedic' she resonates strongly with Code 15.

About Me
After over two decades on the front line I was medically retired with an occupational mental health injury - PTSD. That's why Code 15 resonates with me so much - I am 'Code 15'

As a wife and mum to three little rascals, I fought hard to get back to me, and I now am back working as a paramedic again, but in the private sector this time!
​
It was during my recovery that I discovered a new passion for education. To help every person feel capable and confident to deal with the unexpected.
Not simply with physical first aid, but with mental health incidents too. ​

Over the years I have responded to countless emergencies. And I know first hand that confident, quick action saves lives. ​

My passion for teaching and real-world experience are at the heart of every Code 15 course.
